Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all Johnstons of Elgin tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 working days.
